Last January I started blogging & when I added Live Writer to the mix I’ve found that it’s a great habit! Since then I’ve met so many inspirational people! There have been many so times when I wanted to respond on my own blog, but the topic wasn’t appropriate for our readers at DigiScrapInfo. So it’s time to have my own space for a personal/prof. blog.

It took about 3 mo’s to find my voice at DigiScrapInfo and I will cont. to teach, share info & marketing ideas there with my sister. We have rooted ourselves in the digital scrapbooking industry & appreciate the support. My sister & I have been challenged to grow our site in response to our readers’ needs. And I have to give my sister all the credit for her tech skills! You have gotten to know me because I’m the talker :). So maybe I already have my voice?! Although some have commented that they don’t know me because I stay a bit impersonal. This will be a venue to express myself more openly.

I titled this blog ‘My Conversations’ because I don’t want to limit myself. My interests range from utilizing social media & it’s tools, building community, marketing, web strategy to ideas on inspiring & motivating others. And to date I have been having conversations on everyone else’s blogs & learning so much!

On Sept 24th I will begin my fourth career & I’m very excited about the new opportunity & challenges it will bring! News on that will be coming soon. In the meantime I want to thank some people that have supported & influenced my decision to take this new path that is so fascinating & intriguing to me.

The most important person is my sister! I couldn’t have had a better partner as I ventured into the virtual world! Our relationship has a new depth to it which I greatly value. Even though we live 300 miles apart, we’ve worked many hours learning together & using social media tools to create our site. Thank you Heidi for your patience as I brought back ideas & for your talents in integrating them… and for fixing things when I break them. We’ve had many great experiences & successes & I know that we’ll continue to build on them together. And thank you for building this blog, I couldn’t have done it without you!
