Wednesday evening I connected with many of my Twitter friends from MSP area. And the Social Media breakfast on Friday morning was an opportunity to connect with more! About 40 attended. And I met my good friend @rmsylte in person!
Garrick VanBuren started out with a presentation on Cullect.com – the most shareable feedreader. He created it & explained how it works & can be used. I liked how there were opportunities to build community around sharing feeds. Definitely check it out.
@RickMahn is doing a totally fabulous job in facilitating these breakfasts. In April I watched the ustream at my house & was in the back channel. This month Rick projected the back channel so that we could read the comments. Some local people couldn’t attend, so they were able to be virtually present!
